Branco House is situated at 27, Kakawa Street, Lagos: a two-story building featuring decorative ironwork on the second level.

This residence was once owned by Joaquim Francisco Devodê Branco. It was situated on Kakawa Street, directly across from the Water House. Joaquim Francisco Devodê Branco owned 18 properties in Lagos and 2 in Porto Nova.

Branco was not merely a businessman; he was a pioneering figure who crossed continents and established profitable trade routes between Bahia and Africa. His forward-thinking ventures after the abolition of the slave trade solidified his status as a symbol of wealth and influence!

The house was demolished in the 1950s.
