NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 29th Annual General Meeting of the above association will be held both physically at Jaekel House, 17 Federal Road, Railway Compound, Ebute Meta, Lagos at 12 noon (West African Time) on Saturday the 10th day of May, 2025 for the following purposes:
- Opening.
- Adoption of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
- To present the President’s Report.
- To present the Honorary Legal Adviser’s Report.
- To present the Honorary Treasurer’s Report.
- To lay before members the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 30th day of April, 2025.
- To present Sub-Committee Reports (Membership, Research, Events, Restorations).
- To transact any other business that can be transacted at an Annual General Meeting.
- Closure.
